Wonderful stay. Felt right at home

the location was superb, especially since i could easily walk to the shopping area. the connections to other parts of the city were very convenient. i appreciated the modern equipment and design that took me back in time (it was quite a lovely experience).

i encountered a small issue, the room wasn't quite ready when i arrived. the cleaning staff was still working, and there was a noticeable odor. they kindly allowed me to wait until they finished (i do appreciate their gesture).

while there isn't an on-site restaurant, the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with everything i needed. a nearby spar provided convenient access to groceries (breakfast was amazing!).

the staff promptly answered my questions about luggage and ordering food. they responded within fifteen minutes each time i reached out (the communication was excellent).

The location is near a metro station on the U3 line. It is a short ride to Stephanplatz from this station. I found many restaurants cafes and shops within 300 meters.

I found no one available to assist upon my arrival. I contacted them via WhatsApp for room details. The response was slow.
